Serve cold, or slightly warmed, to preserve all the energy-boosting goodness and add a homemade nutty cracker and a few leaves as a beautiful garnish.
3 cups carrot juice
2 cups red pepper, seeded and sliced
1 cup young coconut meat, chopped
1/2 cup lime or lemon juice
1/4 cup tamari
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp honey
Salt to taste
Blend all the ingredients for the soup until smooth.
Chill in the refrigerator for few hours. Then serve.
