    In this intensive health meditation and physical awareness programme, participants will learn how to heal through “loving kindness” and embrace a life of joyfulness. The healing meditation focuses on how we can train our mind to surrender negative thought patterns, worry, trauma, bad energy, etc., to reach a harmonious mind, bearing qualities of concentration, mindfulness, loving kindness and wisdom. Meditators will share time with the master teacher, Merta Ada, and listen to enlightening dissertations. Noble Silence is practiced for several days throughout the program to help strengthen your concentration and spiritual awareness. The technique teaches you how to understand the present reality inside your mental-physical structure, through observing your breathing and the physical sensations in your body.

    As a person's mind and body become more focused on inner awareness, rejuvenation and healing takes place. Bali Usada Silent Meditation teaches the Tapa Brata health meditation technique, which helps to alleviate the impact of negative situations that give rise to emotions such as grief, anger, frustration, anxiety, depression, attachment and addictions.

  • Founder of Bali Usada Meditation, Mr. Merta Ada was raised in the hills of north Bali in a Buddhist family and began practicing meditation at a very young age. In 1993, after years of intensive research of the ancient Balinese palm leaf lontar manuscripts and teachings from respected meditation teachers, Buddhist and Hindu priests, traditional healers, doctors, medical journals and his own personal experiences as a gifted intuitive healer, Merta Ada discovered the Tapa Brata silent health meditation technique during one of his meditations. Since then, Merta Ada has dedicated his life to teaching meditation through observing noble silence to more than 80,000 people from all over the world. He has helped many people heal themselves of grief, trauma, dis-ease arising from holding onto negative past experiences, allergies, asthma, hepatitis, cancer, impotency, tumors, high cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, insomnia, high blood pressure, migraines, heart disease, skin problems and more.
